Company Information

1) Who are Immense Experiences?

Immense Experiences is an online retailer of self-contained Experience Gift Packages, launched in November 2005. 

Immense Experiences is the sister company of Immense Tours & Events, our Sports Tour, Stag/Hen and Event Management company through which we have enjoyed growing success since 1997. 

Because our sister company's all-inclusive bespoke packages include all kinds of fun activities to entertain our clients, we have built up a nationwide network of Experience providers.  We now have a wide variety of Gift Experiences on offer to make truly unique and original presents for family, friends and loved ones, from extreme sports to pampering spas.

Operating mainly as an online business, we make booking your Immense Experience very easy and convenient.  You can browse our Experiences in one of three ways - by category, price bracket or location.  Once you have found the Experience that tickles your fancy, simply follow the online booking procedure and we will arrange your activity and send you your gift pack containing all the information you need for your Experience day.

We want you to enjoy your once in a lifetime Experience in complete confidence.  We possess full public and product liability insurance, as do all our Experience suppliers.  However, for some of the more high risk activities we may ask you to sign a disclaimer.

2) Why the name Immense?

Easter 1997 – our first ever sports tour departed for a weekend packed full of fun and great rugby. On return the players used only one word to describe their experience – Immense!

8) what payment types does Immense accept?

MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and Solo. Electron Cards are not accepted.

Note that a 2.5% processing surcharge will be applied to payments made on all cards with the exception of Switch/Maestro and Solo.

9) Do Immense have a brochure and how do I receive one?

Immense Experiences is an online company that does not offer a brochure system. Online businesses allow you to access up to the minute information, so you know that your purchase is guaranteed.

10) Before purchasing the Experience do I need to consider any restrictions e.g. age/height/weight that might apply?

In most cases our Experiences do not have not have large numbers of restrictions. However it is very important when you choose your purchase that you read the requirements very carefully, as some age/height/weight restrictions do apply.

11) Can the recipient choose the date of their experience or do I have to when I purchase the Experience?

The recipient may choose their Experience date provided that it is taken no later than 12 months from date of purchase.

12) Can I specify when the pack is delivered?

Not a problem. Many Immense Experiences are purchased for friends and loved ones and often coincide with a birthday. We can deliver either to yourself so that you can hand over your chosen gift in person, or send it to your chosen address for a special date.

13) Can I get a refund on my Immense Experience Gift Voucher?

We do not offer a returns policy and cannot therefore offer refunds for pre-purchased vouchers. We do have an exchange package which will allow you to exchange your original voucher with a different Experience of your choice up to the same value. Customers may also top up their Experience Gift Voucher so as to enjoy an Experience of a greater value.

14) How do I book my Experience?

Call us on 08707 620400 to arrange your Experience date and to find out any other necessary information. We will do our utmost to secure your preferred date but it is important to book at least 21 days in advance to avoid disappointment. For peak dates such as holiday times and weekends it may be necessary to book even earlier. Do not make any arrangements with regard to your booking until you have received confirmation from us.

Where parts of the Experience such as vehicles are not available due to mechanical breakdown for example, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the Experience at short notice.

15) If I add my vouchers together can I purchase an experience of greater value?

Provided that your vouchers are valid this is a fairly simple process. Call one of our team to help you on 08707 620400

16) I won’t be able to use my gift voucher; can I give it to somebody else?

Again not a problem and reasonably quick to organise. Simply call one of our team on 08707 620400 with your voucher details.    

17) Can I book my voucher by taking it along to any local venue of my choice?

All bookings must be made via Immense Experiences, ensuring that it is authorised through an official supplier.

18) Can I cancel or reschedule my Experience if it has already been booked for particular date?

No bookings can be rescheduled less than 21 days prior to the Experience. Customers wishing to cancel or reschedule before then may incur a cancellation charge, however Immense will try to minimise this where possible. Please call 08707 620400 for further details

19) I’m worried that my Experience won’t go ahead if there is bad weather on the day?

Within the booking details of your Immense Experience you receive a weather check call number where necessary. We do advise all customers to call their Experience venue before setting out. Many Immense Experiences are reliant on weather conditions. If your Experience is cancelled due to bad weather you will be able to re-book.
